Childcare hours
All of our locations require a 2-day-per-week attendance minimum.
Sellwood: Monday-Friday 7:30am - 5:30pm.
North East: Monday-Friday 7:30am - 5:30pm
Cedar Mills: Monday-Friday 7:30am - 5:30pm
Wilsonville: Monday-Friday 7:00am-6:00pm

Snacks & Lunch following a vegetarian and nut-free regimen is provided by Wow & Flutterville at the NE, NW & Wilsonville locations
The Sellwood location does not have a lunch program, but serves an AM & PM snack. Lunches are provided from home.
Parents must provide diapers, wipes and diaper cream if used.
To buy an extra day rate is $125, if room is available. Tuition discounts do not apply towards drop in rates.
Tuition is due on the 1st of the month with a grace period till the 3rd.
There is a $100 fee for returned checks or declined cards or method of payments
$100 tuition late fee is charged for each day late past the 3rd.
Tuition not received after 7 days from the 1st of the month will result in no child care provided until the payment has been received, including late fees.
If payment has not been made, a notice of default will be given and the child may lose their spot at the school.
To keep our teachers at a sustainable wage, please note all tuition rates will increase in January with a market analysis based on cost of living.

We currently use a rolling enrollment system, which means we welcome your family to apply at any time. Wow & Flutterville teams up with PDX Waitlist to manage our waitlist. Please visit the link below to submit your application.
Staying healthy
We have policies to ensure we provide our students, staff, and families with a safe and healthy environment.
Immunization
We require all students to be immunized or provide official documentation for immunization exemptions. Our team actively monitors and maintains student immunization records throughout the school year. Wow & Flutterville will not admit families that are unable to present the required immunization records or exemption documents.

Refund Policy:
Our program budget is based on receiving full tuition from all children enrolled. Therefore, there are no refunds due to illness, school closures, vacations, closures due to inclement weather or power outages, holidays or staff illness. We do not refund any prepaid tuition.
Additional Fees:
Registration Fee
$200 one-time registration fee per family.
Supply Fee
$250 non-refundable annual supply fee.
Late Pick-Up Fee
$40 per every 5 minutes a child is picked up late, after a 5 minute grace period
Unforeseen emergencies happen; we understand that. Occasionally this may prevent you from picking up your child on time, and that's ok —however, parents who are habitually late inconvenience the school's staff and cause concern for their child. Consequently, we have implemented this late pick-up policy. Note that families charged repeated late fees might have their services terminated. Also note: per Federal guidelines, no child may be in care for more than 10 hrs per day.
Deposits
At the start of care, 1st month's tuition and deposit are due. In the event of departure from the school, 60 days' written notice is required to receive your deposit back. Depending on your last day, tuition will be prorated and needs to be paid in full. These deposits will be returned within 30 days.
