Making Tuition Accessible at Wow and Flutterville

At Wow and Flutterville, we believe every child deserves a magical place to grow—regardless of a family’s financial situation. We are committed to making tuition accessible for families across our Portland community.

We understand that tuition is an important part of the decision-making process. While we don’t list pricing directly on our website, we encourage families to schedule a tour and speak with a Director to learn about our current tuition structure and available support options. These conversations are warm, collaborative, and focused on what’s possible.

Financial Support Options

Employment-Related Day Care (ERDC) Subsidy

We proudly accept ERDC, Oregon’s child care subsidy program designed to help eligible families afford quality care while working or attending school.

To qualify for ERDC:

  • You must be working, attending school, or participating in a job training program.

  • Income eligibility is based on your household size and monthly income.

  • Families are responsible for a small copay, and the state covers the rest.

How we support ERDC families:

  • We accept ERDC at all Wow and Flutterville locations.

  • We’ll help walk you through the steps to apply, if needed.

  • We coordinate directly with the state to make the process as smooth as possible.

Private Scholarships

We offer a limited number of private, application-based scholarships. These are designed for families facing temporary hardship or who do not qualify for state assistance but need tuition support. Please speak with your Director to learn more about availability and how to apply.

To be considered for a scholarship:

  • Families must submit income documentation.

  • Scholarships are awarded based on each family’s unique situation.

  • Wages must be resubmitted annually for scholarship renewal.

5% Tuition Discount

We are proud to offer a 5% discount to families employed by:

  • Nike

  • OHSU

  • Providence

  • Military Service

To receive the discount, simply provide proof of employment prior to enrollment.
